EUROPEAN SUSTAINABILITY ACADEMY

Leadership for positive impact

Tomorrow’s Leaders

Transform. Lead. Succeed.

Fri 1st May 2015 - Sat 31st December 2016

You are invited to be part of a ground-breaking short, intensive learning retreat for senior managers who are passionate about becoming Tomorrow’s Leaders.

New leaders for a sustainable future are people who can use emotional intelligence skills to identify creative, sustainable solutions to business challenges.

They will know how to access the full potential of their inherent creative powers to inspire others to greater achievements. They will be people who truly understand themselves and in turn understand others better.

Sustainable leadership means intuitively understanding what ‘sustainability’ really means, and how and why it is synonymous with real profitability.

This learning retreat is organised by David Dowse, Mike Ponding and Kelvin Heard and hosted by Sharon Jackson at The European Sustainability Academy (ESA).

To ensure a high level of experiential and individual learning for every participant, numbers are limited to not more than 25 per retreat.

The global game has changed in business leadership.

The aftershocks of the global financial crash of 2008 continue to reverberate around the commercial world. Successful business leaders of the future are increasingly aware that a radically new approach is needed.

The very meaning of ‘Success’ is being redefined. ‘Sustainability’, ‘Ethical Practice’ and ‘Responsible Business ‘ are no longer just lip-service boardroom buzzwords – they are real and vital business principles. These organisation behaviours are the foundations of a truly successful and sustainable business.

We are in a brave new business world that demands a brave new generation of leaders.

This involves new leadership skills, knowledge and insight

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but ESA exceeded my expectations in every way, and that doesn’t happen often…” Toby Webb, Founder, CEO Ethical Corporation. London, UK
