Practicing what we teach

In addition to its core training around business management training, ESA operates as a social enterprise for the good of the local community.
The ESA building is made available to the community for meetings and events, including art and music functions. The seminar hall is used without charge as a cinema for the local youth.
From the beginning, the local community have been involved in, and contributed to, the ESA initiative. During the building stage, the village children learned about ecological approaches to building and, in particular, making adobe bricks from the soil.
ESA provides pro-bono workshops and debates for the people living and working in the region covering urgent issues affecting Greece which include waste, climate change, sea degradation, water shortages and air pollution. We support the education of local children on the importance of practice of animal welfare.
