The Chartered Management Institute, London, UK.

In July 2023, the Policy Directorate of CMI engaged ESA to conduct a deep exploration into the future requirements for ‘green management skills’ development in UK businesses. The ‘horizon scanning’ consulting project examined the management skills required for the ‘future of work’ and employability for future generations, as well as alignment with the UK Government Net- Zero, green transition objectives. A team of 3 ESA consultants submitted a detailed report with key findings, recommendations and a proposed roadmap, with KPIs, for future policy decision making.
Cubico Sustainable Investments, London, UK.
Cubico Sustainable Investments, ‘One of the world’s leading privately-owned renewable energy providers’. Currently 2.8 GW capacity installed, 450 MW under construction with a planned total 17+ GW capacity from 41 projects across 9 countries with 500+ employees.
In 2022 Cubico’s ESG ExCo. engaged Sharon Jackson, founder of ESA, to advise on enhancements to their ESG data collection processes and reporting for maintaining a leadership position and stay ahead of impending new global regulations.
Philips Healthcare S.p.A., Milan, Italy
In 2021, the Italy, Isreal, Greece (IIG market) Sustainability Team, engaged ESA to explore the increasing needs for new knowledge, skills and behaviours for upskilling their Greek, personal care products Sales team, in alignment with green economic transition and decarbonization objectives.
A training programme was co- designed between ESA and Philips S.p.A. for increasing understanding of the sustainability issues at the core of the sales proposition and skills for harnessing ESG advancement and materiality assessments as a function of enhanced Key Account Management.
The training was delivered by 3 ESA facilitators to a sales team from across Greece, over 3 weeks during February 2022. The delivery was web based due to lingering Covid19 H&S concerns.
